The terms governing your use of this website and your engagement of altGreen Research llc.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Any research engagement — contract research, collaborative R&D, or laboratory services — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by both parties. Nothing on this Site creates a research engagement, consulting relationship, or obligation of any kind.
2. Description of Services
altGreen Research llc operates research and experimental development laboratories and provides research services across biotechnology and nanobiotechnology; nanotechnology in all fields; computing, electronics, photonics, robotics, artificial intelligence, and engineering; agricultural, environmental, geological, oceanographic, fisheries, forestry, aerospace, and observatory-based research; and behavioral, cognitive, economic, demographic, social-science, humanities, language, learning-disabilities, archaeological, and historic-preservation research services. Site descriptions are summaries only; the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees of any engagement are defined solely in its written agreement.

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless altGreen Research llc and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
